Shipping Information
We process and ship orders fast so your pet can start enjoying fresh, clean water as soon as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Speed & Costs
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping (8-10 Business Days)
- Free on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
- $9.99 flat rate
Express Shipping (3-5 Business Days)
- $14.99 flat rate
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart total.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping automatically. No code needed—the discount applies at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships:
- Standard: 5-7 business days after shipment
- Expedited: 2-3 business days after shipment
- Express: 1-2 business days after shipment
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- Contiguous United States
- Alaska and Hawaii (may require additional 2-3 days)
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
please note that we cannot guarantee delivery once the package leaves our carrier's hands, and our return policy may not apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Tracking number
- Carrier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Direct link to track your package
You can also track your order by logging into your MyPetSpring account and viewing your order history.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Need to send fountains to multiple locations (gifts, multiple homes, etc.)? Place separate orders for each shipping address, or contact us at support@mypetspring.com and we'll help you set it up.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Look around your property (porches, side doors, mailrooms)
- Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@mypetspring.com
We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no charge once the package is confirmed lost.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged box and product
- Keep all packaging materials
- Email us at support@mypetspring.com within 48 hours
- We'll send a replacement immediately (no need to return the damaged item)
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot change addresses once an order has shipped.
If you provided an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address. You'll need to cover the cost of re-shipping ($6.95 standard rate).
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please note that expedited and express shipping options are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Delays
While rare, shipping delays can occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier delays during peak seasons (holidays)
- Incorrect/incomplete addresses
We'll notify you immediately if we become aware of any delays affecting your order. During holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year's), please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
Holiday Shipping Cutoff Dates
To ensure delivery before major holidays, please order by:
- Christmas: December 18th (standard) / December 21st (express)
- Thanksgiving: November 20th (standard) / November 23rd (express)
We'll update these dates each year on our shipping policy page and homepage.

Questions About Shipping?
"Can I change my shipping address after ordering?"
Only if your order hasn't shipped yet. Email us immediately at support@mypetspring.com with your order number and corrected address.
"Do you offer same-day or overnight shipping?"
Not at this time. Our fastest option is 3-5 day express shipping after the order is processed.
"Can I track my package in real-time?"
Yes! Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see real-time updates from the carrier.
